Lunches

Our meals are cooked on our premises by Mrs Sheila Cocksedge.  We use Suffolk County Catering known as ‘Vertas’ who provide well balanced and nutritious menus.

KS1 children are entitled to a Free School Meal.  For KS2 the cost of a school lunch is £2.30.

Menus are emailed out via schoolcoms weekly, displayed on the school notice board in the main entrance foyer or can be viewed by downloading the PDF below - 

Please note some days the menu may be changed due to special occasions etc.  information for these days will be emailed out nearer the time.

The reply slip on the bottom of the menu need only be filled in if your child requires either the option or Jacket potato or baguette (available Mon, Tue & Wed only). If no reply slip is received by Monday AM and your child is not having a packed lunch then they will automatically be given the main meal as stated in the school menu.

 

For KS1 (Willow, Pine and Ash Classes) Lunch is free.  If the option or other is required on one or more days please indicate which days using the reply slip on the bottom of the menu and return it to the school by MONDAY AM via your child placing it in their class box at registration or the post box on the front of the school next to the main front doors.  Please do not hand it directly to the office.

For KS2 (Beech, Oak, Lime and Maple Classes) ALL LUNCHES MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE.  Lunch is £2.30 and best paid for online following the link above.  Alternatively cash or cheque payments (cheques made payable to S.C.C.) will only be received on MONDAY AM.  Please place the correct amount in an envelope with - your child’s name, class and the amount enclosed clearly marked.  Attach to the front of the envelope the reply slip if the option or other is required on one or more of the days.  The envelope can then be placed by your child in their class box at registration or the post box on the front of the school next to the main front doors.  Please do not hand it directly to the office.
